Experiences and Workshops follow a separate cancellation and refund policy from regular Classes.

Any cancellation or no show of an Experience or Workshop is non refundable and non creditable due to the unique nature of these events.

Experiences and Workshops vary in structure and intention.

Some offerings such as Full Moon parties in the open space of the deck are more spacious and fluid in nature and may allow greater flexibility around arrival times. Others are carefully held containers that rely on a shared start, clear flow, and collective presence.

For offerings that are intensive, learning-focused, or intimately guided and surrounding deep topics such as subconscious healing, arriving on time is essential to maximise your experience, support the group dynamic, and maintain the integrity of the container.

Unless otherwise stated in the event description, a 10 minute grace period applies. We recommend arriving early to allow time to settle, arrive fully, and enter the experience as it was designed.

Experiences and Workshops are priced differently because they are typically longer, more curated, and often involve additional planning, resources, or guest facilitators.

They are designed to offer a deeper level of focus and a more immersive and dynamic time than a standard Class - which is reflected in the pricing.
