Magdalena is a certified yoga and movement teacher based in Szczecin, Poland. Her practice is deeply rooted in somatic awareness, trauma-informed care, and holistic support for women’s bodies.
She believes movement can be a form of listening — not fixing. Her approach blends classical yoga with embodied anatomy, breath-led pacing, and soft strength. Over the years, she has guided hundreds of students into a quieter, more grounded relationship with their own bodies.

She continues to train with international mentors in somatic education, pelvic health, and mindful strength training — weaving this ongoing study into every class she teaches.
