Juliana, co-founder and co-creator of Boho Beautiful, draws from her life's odyssey of global wanderings, her deep love for animals, and motherhood's profound wisdom. Her teachings of diverse yoga styles inspire a seamless blend of strength and grace, gently empowering students to cultivate self compassion and a luminous, radiant body and mind, while also guiding their souls to manifest a higher-frequency collective footprint that leaves the worlds we walk into brighter than we found them.


Rooted in the lush, tropical beauty of Barbados, Tiffany is a devoted yoga teacher, dancer, and loving mother of twins who embodies flow, presence, and co creation with a higher purpose. Drawing from over 25 years of practice, she weaves authenticity, movement, and nature's profound rhythm into sacred spaces alive with ocean breezes and island light - inviting all levels, from prenatal to dynamic Vinyasa, to pause, reconnect with self and world, and rediscover the unifying pulse that flows through us all.


Andrew is a connection catalyst, a Yoga artist, and a movement creator. His days are spent traveling to find adventure, practicing to cultivate growth, and constantly absorbing wisdom to creating new experiences that he shares with love to his friends around the world. He finds joy in interviewing Yogis from all walks of life to share their inspiring stories on the Yoga Revealed Podcast.


Maxine, rooted in Barbados' sacred earth with her family and her ever evolving studies of holistic healing, channels over 30 years of integrative bodywork, sound healing, and ancient wisdom as a devoted guide to unified balance across body, energy and spirit. Her transformative circles and ceremonies embrace the nervous system through shamanic depth and elemental rhythms, inviting emotions to flow, self-discovery to unfold, and all to return home to the deeper pulse of life.


Jo is a Barbadian yoga teacher shaped by her immersions into Ubud’s soulful artistry and Mallorca’s sunlit coastal flows. She guides deep stretch, embodied breath, and slow intentional movement that builds inside-out strength and flexibility without strain - her classes weaving soft flows and grounding elongations into safe, calming havens for exploring edges, culminating in those warm honey moments where the body surrenders and the nervous system fully exhales.


Anchored in spirit and illuminated by a life of courage, travel, and shadow work, Caro is a mother and empathic guide who teaches through the language of energy, sensation, and soul. Feeling life through frequencies, intuition, and the unseen, she holds space with bright precision and compassionate attunement to the truth of her students’ bodies and souls, with each class unfolding as a sacred journey that unveils portals into presence, clarity, remembrance, and the radiant truth of one’s highest self.


From Trinidad & Tobago to Barbados, Jeunesse’s pioneering work in plant-based living - including the opening of her home country’s first ever vegan establishment - has shaped a new relationship to food as ancient future culture and consciousness. Known for her vibrant food content shared online and bridged to life beyond the screen through in person guidance and botanical cuisine, her work carries flavour, colour, and intuition beyond the kitchen and into the magic of the ordinary. Through Ayurveda, her work frames food as a living conversation between digestion, vitality, and intrinsic embodied intelligence. With a pure, intuitive approach, she guides students toward eating as an act of attunement - where food returns as medicine, ritual, and doshic balance.


Qaasen is a lifelong practitioner of traditional martial and mind body disciplines, known for his rare integration of psychophysiology, Eastern medicine, and embodied training. Holding a Master’s degree in Health & Wellness with a foundation in yoga, psychology, counselling, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, his work bridges scientific innerstanding with the experiential intelligence of the body and internal ordering. A gold medalist in Tai Chi and Kung Fu trained in China, and the longest standing practitioner of Taijiquan and Qigong in the Caribbean, Qaasen carries his teachings with a style of soulful authority, deep discipline, and an inspiration towards self mastery that shapes how students move, respond, and lead themselves through life.


Rachael is a devoted mother of three, a birth doula, homeschooler, and passionate homesteader. She creates sacred, nurturing spaces where mothers can slow down, be seen, and feel deeply supported in motherhood. As a mother raising her children close to nature, her work is shaped by embodied womb wisdom and a deep respect for the natural cycles of motherhood and the land. From this living attunement, she supports women in building confidence in their bodies, their intuition, and their unfolding and ever expansive rebirthing journey of motherhood.


Michelle is a powerhouse of vibrant energy, carrying the spirit of her South African heritage and a lifetime shaped by movement, music, and the profoundly healing bridges she has fortified across continents. Her bright, intuitive presence with her theta healing touch empowers women to nurture a timeless fountain of youth through joyful, sustainable practice, and she welcomes all who wish to truly level up from the inside out into her body and soul sculpting workouts.


Mark, co-founder and co-creator of Boho Beautiful, channels a life's quest through musical liberation, visionary cinematography, and yoga's bridge between stillness and sovereign inquiry. His grounded presence fuses philosophy, breath, and the courage to question everything—inspiring students to embrace emptiness, nurture their inner light, and arise from this centre deciding to shape a more luminous future for themselves and a more conscious world for all with every intentional choice.


Ingrid is the founder of the YOPIGO® method, a therapeutic movement system born from decades of clinical care, birth work, body therapies, and somatic movement styles that she has practiced across Brazil, the USA, the UK, Egypt, Barbados, and beyond. Trained as a nurse and shaped by hands-on work with the body through injury, pregnancy, recovery, and major life transitions, her approach is informed by deep attentiveness to emotional safety, inner equilibrium, individual physiology, and a cultural sensitivity and multidimensional perceptiveness that allows students to feel fully met across all physical and experiential layers.


A 4th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido with over 15 years of teaching experience, Brittany is the founder of Karate Baby Academy - a specialised program that builds confidence, discipline, and body awareness in young children. Having experienced firsthand the life changing impact of self defense training through her own personal transformation, she now dedicates her work to empowering women and children alike through the practice of martial arts.


Hodari’s open hearted, playful spirit reflects his yogic philosophy of bringing the mind fully into the body. Blending the vigor of Power Yoga with the alignment of Anusara, his classes balance dynamic movement and deep support, weaving intuitive anatomy cues, positive dharma affirmations, and high-vibrational sound healing to guide students toward inner peace, strength, and a stretched consciousness both on and off the mat.


Gabrielle is a devoted yogi and lifelong student of consciousness, seeking in each space she encounters the deeper truths that call humanity toward its most luminous era. Her deep love for ceremonial cacao is often poured into her teachings of kundalini yoga, EFT mirror work and scientific prayer, creating mystical spaces for her students to alchemise discipline into devotion, shadow into light, and limitation into the convergence of destiny and decision.


Kari is devoted to supporting women through the sacred thresholds of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. As a pre and postnatal fitness coach, certified doula, and mother, her teaching centres into deep respect for the body’s intelligence and its capacity to physically renew and repattern, whilst also holding intentional space for the emotional and mental recalibration that accompanies each stage of womanhood. Within her classes, women are embraced into sanctuaries of restoration, somatic safety and attuned intelligence - where skilled guidance and intuitive care converge, rebuilding multifaceted strength, confidence, and enduring movement patterns in alignment with the body’s natural healing timeline.


Jay is the founder of Breathe Wellness Barbados and a devoted guide in transformational breathwork. Since 2019, he has trained in Transformational Breathing across the UK, Ireland, and Italy, continuing his attunement with global mentors while expanding into a diverse, integrated methodology which has manifested his signature “Loving Kindness to Oneself” breath. His work invites emotional clearing, nervous system restoration, and a return to sovereign inner rhythms through compassionate self connection. Moved by a deep reverence for the divine intelligence of breath, Jay offers pranayama as a living medicine - a direct path to self discovery, empowerment, and a deeper experience of aliveness.


Amaal is a California-raised yoga teacher whose unexpected discovery of this life-shaping doorway during her university years blossomed into a devotion of now over two decades, molded by the precise geometry of Iyengar and the flowing discipline of Ashtanga. With a down to earth, warm and gently empowering presence, she guides students through thoughtful, detail-oriented journeys that create space for newfound confidence, clearer body awareness, and an organic development of holistic strength, understanding, and trust in their own evolving practice.


Charlotte is a children’s yoga teacher and movement educator with a global, nature based approach to learning and wellbeing. Shaped by her acro yoga training in Bali and her background in outdoor education, Montessori and Waldorf inspired learning, Charlotte blends nature, breath, imagination, and sensory exploration into all of her classes, creating explorative experiences that support joyful expression and grounded confidence in children of all ages.


Uschi’s work is shaped by a deep lineage in classical music, composition, and sound production, alongside years of yogic and consciousness based study. Her early work developing music therapy programmes for mental health services opened a portal for her beyond conventional music and into the world of nāda yoga - the yoga of sound - where she encountered firsthand the healing of sound in its purest form. Alchemising years of global training into elemental vibroacoustic medicine, Uschi offers crystalline sound as a doorway into expansion of consciousness, physical rejuvenation and soul cellular therapy.


Christian lives with a reverence for the elements and is on a mission to regenerate Barbadian soil through holistic permaculture. An extension of his love for the deep earth shines through his crystal work, where his advanced crystal therapy training and quartz singing bowls add a quantum angelic touch into yogic spaces.Known to many as an animal whisperer, often with his free flying macaw on his shoulder, Christian holds spaces imbued in the ground work of being human while remaining attuned to the unseen architectures that restore multidimensional balance.


Marley is a multi-talented Barbados-raised musician and songwriter with over a decade of study and performance, draws from his passionate immersions into traditional global rhythms including drumming styles from West Africa, Japan, Brazil, and Cuba. Yoga, meditation and mindfulness are also integral to his artistic approach today, where playing and improvising with live sound and rhythm transforms into a deep listening - one that creates universal connection, moving contemplation and a deeper sense of being in the present moment.


Natasha s a Barbados based Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and Therapeutic Art Practitioner. Her teaching blends mindful movement, breath awareness, and rest to support strength, steadiness, and ease in the body. Drawing on her background in yoga therapy, Natasha creates classes that are thoughtful, accessible, and grounded in curiosity rather than performance. Her approach encourages people to move in ways that feel supportive, sustainable, and connected to their own experience.
