By booking a class, purchasing a class package, attending a workshop or experience, or participating in a private session, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all clients without exception.
All bookings are made through the Momence platform.
Accurate personal and emergency contact information is required.
Bookings for minors must be completed by a legal guardian.
Payment is required at the time of booking.
All prices include applicable Barbados taxes.
Accepted payment methods are those offered through Momence.
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the student’s location.
Package details, pricing, and inclusions are outlined on the website and in Momence and may be updated at the Studio’s discretion.
Classes must be booked in advance and are subject to capacity limits.
Waitlists operate on a first-come basis when available.
Package credits apply only to standard scheduled classes.
Workshops, experiences, retreats, and special events are separately priced unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.
From time to time, the Studio may offer packages that include a period of access to the Boho Beautiful App - an expansive conscious living streaming platform featuring yoga, fitness and meditation classes, programs, challenges, calendars, and more. This is separate from in-studio services but part of the Boho Beautiful ecosystem and lifestyle content offerings.
App access is provided by the app platform and is not part of the Studio’s in-person services or scheduling system. The Studio does not control the app’s content, technical performance, or subscription features. App access included with a Studio package is a promotional benefit linked to that package and is subject to the app provider’s terms of use and subscription policies.
App access included in a package is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you have questions or need support with the app, you should contact the app provider’s support channels.
Cancellations made twelve hours or more before the scheduled start time receive a full class credit.
Cancellations made less than twelve hours before class, including no-shows, receive no class credit.
Experiences, workshops, and special events are limited-capacity offerings that require advance preparation and dedicated staffing. For this reason, all experience and workshop bookings are non-refundable and non-creditable once booked, regardless of attendance, cancellation, or non-attendance, unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
If Boho Beautiful Studios cancels an experience or workshop for any reason, the participant will receive a full credit equal to the amount paid, to be applied toward a future Studio offering.
Credits do not expire and may be used toward future eligible classes only.
Credits are non-transferable and tied to the individual client account.
Credits may not be applied to workshops, experiences, retreats, or special events unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
All retail sales are final.
Defective items may be exchanged within seven days with proof of purchase.
Requests are reviewed within five to seven business days. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
Private sessions are non-refundable.
One reschedule is permitted per session with a minimum of three hours’ notice.
Rescheduling must be arranged directly with the instructor and is subject to their availability.
Rescheduled sessions must be of the same modality as originally booked.
Participation in all Studio offerings is voluntary and at your own risk.
You release Boho Beautiful Studios, its owners, teachers, staff, and affiliates from liability arising from participation to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By booking, you confirm that you are physically and mentally capable of participation and agree to disclose relevant medical information prior to class.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Barbados.

Boho Beautiful Studios provides wellness-based classes and services. These offerings are not medical treatment and do not replace professional medical, psychological, or mental health care.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating if you have any cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal, neurological, or mental health conditions, are pregnant or postpartum, have had recent surgery, or live with chronic illness.
Injury, strain, falls, overexertion, or aggravation of existing conditions.
Emotional release, anxiety responses, or resurfacing of past experiences or trauma.
Heat exhaustion, dehydration, insect bites, or allergic reactions.
Breathwork, meditation, energy-based practices, and kundalini practices may involve altered sensations, emotional responses, dizziness, or heightened awareness.
Read all waivers carefully
Disclose relevant health conditions
Modify or stop participation as needed
Seek medical care if concerning symptoms arise
Medical clearance is required during pregnancy and within six weeks postpartum.

By participating, you acknowledge these risks, voluntarily assume responsibility, and release Boho Beautiful Studios from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This policy outlines the refund, credit, and return terms for all Boho Beautiful Studios offerings, including classes, packages, workshops, experiences, private sessions and retail products. All policies are enforced consistently to protect teachers, participants, and limited-capacity offerings.
Credits are studio account credits applied to future eligible offerings and do not expire unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are monetary returns to the original payment method and are issued only where explicitly stated in this policy.

By booking classes for a minor child at Boho Beautiful Studios, I (the legal guardian) acknowledge and agree:
If the child has any medical condition, injury, allergy, or mental health consideration that I believe may affect their participation, I confirm that I have consulted the child’s healthcare provider and obtained appropriate medical clearance. I have disclosed all relevant medical information to the Studio and confirm that, to the best of my knowledge, the child has no contraindications to participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to determine the child’s suitability for participation.
I understand yoga, meditation, kundalini, and energy work carry risks including physical injury (strains, falls, spinal issues), emotional releases, trauma responses, heat exhaustion (tropical climate), allergic reactions, and altered states. I voluntarily assume all these risks for the child.
I release Boho Beautiful Studios, owners, teachers, staff, and affiliates from ALL liability for injury, illness, emotional distress, property loss, or any claims arising from the child's participation, even if caused by negligence.
I authorise the Studio to provide first aid, contact emergency services (Barbados: Ambulance 511, Police 211, Fire 311), and share medical information with responders in emergencies if needed.
The child is not ill/contagious. I will supervise or remain reachable during class. The teacher may remove disruptive/unwell children. I accept behavioural consequences including booking cancellation without refund.
The Studio may photograph or record video of the child only with my explicit written, electronic or verbal consent.
Barbados law applies. This waiver is binding for all future participation
